How do I know if I placed my order successfully?
Once you have submitted your order, an order summary page will be displayed with all of your order details. You may want to print this for your records. You will then receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully received online. If you placed your order over the phone and did not provide an email address, you will need to contact Clearly Outdoors. If you experience any difficulty placing your order or otherwise require assistance, call Clearly Outdoors at (715) 514-1660 from 8am until 5pm CST, Monday through Friday or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change or cancel my order after I have submitted it?
Once your order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or changed. If you realize you made a mistake, or simply change your mind about your order, please call Clearly Outdoors at (715) 514-1660 from 8am until 8pm CST, Monday through Saturday, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
What forms of payment does Clearly Outdoors accept, and when am I billed?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We will bill your credit card when your order is placed.
Will I be changed sales tax?
If you are a resident of the state of Wisconsin, the law requires us to charge sales tax on your purchases. If you are not a resident of the state of Wisconsin, you will not be charged sales tax. However, by law you may be liable for any taxes due in your state.
How do I know my credit card number will be safe?
We take every precaution to ensure that your personal data, including credit card information, is as secure as it can be. Clearly Outdoors site utilizes Secure Socket Layer technology on all pages where personal information is requested. This encryption technology prevents anyone from using your personal data if intercepted. Clearly Outdoors also takes every precaution when storing your credit card number in our database by encrypting it, rendering it useless to anyone trying to access it.
How does shipping work?
All shipping is done through USPS. We will ship to international addresses, but please call or email as shipping rates apply to domestic orders only. USPS shipments usually arrive in 2-4 business days. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday. Shipping prices are based on a tiered scale:

What is the Clearly Outdoors return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it. Included with each order is a packing slip with a return form and instructions located on the back. Fill out the form in its entirety, place the form in the package, and return via the shipping method of your choice. If you receive damaged/defective merchandise or if the return is a result of our error, we will reimburse USPS ground shipping costs. Please include a copy of the receipt for the return shipping costs with the return form.

We credit your account as soon as we process your return. Check with your bank to see when they will credit your account.
Will Clearly Outdoors sell my email address or other personal information?
No. We use personal information provided on order forms, such as a purchaser's name, email address, physical address, and credit card number, to fulfill merchandise orders. We may also use order information to contact you when necessary, such as when a delivery may be delayed.
