How do I know if I placed my order successfully?

What forms of payment does Clearly Outdoors accept, and when am I billed?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We will bill your credit card when your order is placed.

Will I be charged sales tax?

If you are a resident of the state of Wisconsin, the law requires us to charge sales tax on your purchases. If you are not a resident of the state of Wisconsin, you will not be charged sales tax. However, by law you may be liable for any taxes due in your state.

Clearly Outdoors also takes every precaution when storing your credit card number in our database by encrypting it, rendering it useless to anyone trying to access it.

How does shipping work?

All shipping is done through the USPS. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 business days to ship. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. It typically takes the USPS 2-4 business days to get your package to you inside the Continental United States - but can take up to 10 business days. If you would like your order to ship using a different carrier, email us at [email protected] and let us know. There will likely be a price increase for using a different carrier. We can ship to Canada at this time, but shipping rates will start at $17.99 and may go up depending on your location. Currently, we are not shipping outside the United States or Canada.

Email us at info@clearlyoutdoors and we will provide you with a return slip and an address to send it. Once we receive the item back, we will give you a full refund. If you receive damaged/defective merchandise, email us at [email protected] and we will replace the damaged/defective items.
